To ensure the safety of your valued items, the following protocols apply to all shipped commissions:

Inbound Shipping: The client is responsible for safely packaging and insuring items sent to the studio. We recommend using a carrier with robust tracking capabilities.
Outbound Shipping: Return shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s value, weight, and destination. All finished work is shipped with signature confirmation and full insurance coverage.
Liability: While we treat every item with the utmost care once in our possession, the studio is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit. Claims must be handled directly through the selected carrier.
Packaging: We utilize professional-grade materials to ensure your hand-engraved piece arrives in pristine condition.
