• Our studio prioritizes precision and artistic integrity over haste. The following guidelines apply to the timing of our professional endeavors:

• Project Commencement: Estimated turnaround times begin only upon receipt of the physical item and final proof approval.

• Standard Timeline: While specific windows are provided during your ALWAYS complimentary consultation, most bespoke projects require a standard processing period; of 10 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS ,  to ensure the highest quality of hand-wrought craftsmanship.

• Artistic Priority: Should the complexity of a design or the unique nature of the material require additional time, you will be notified promptly. We believe a piece meant to last a lifetime should never be rushed.

• NUMBER OF ORDERS:  At no time will there be any more than 3 orders at once.  We take pride in our dedication to artistry, and to do that, we must place a *wait* on any order placement while we have a max of 3 orders.  **At The Owner's Discretion: we will make exceptions based on the type of work, the time involved in your request AND how close we are to moving to a next client request.
