At our studio, the art of hand engraving is a definitive and irreversible process. Each stroke of the graver is a permanent commitment to the material, tailored specifically to your commission.

Policy of Finality

• Due to the bespoke and indelible nature of hand-crafted artistry, we maintain a strict NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS policy.

• Custom Commissions: Once the physical engraving process has commenced following your proof approval, the service is considered non-refundable.

• Artistic Variation: As outlined in our hand-engraving disclaimer, the unique characteristics and minor variations inherent in manual craftsmanship are not considered defects, but rather the hallmarks of an authentic, hand-wrought piece.

• Service Fees: Our minimum shop fees and incremental labor charges cover the time, expertise, and specialized resources dedicated to your project and are non-refundable under any circumstances.​

By commissioning our services and submitting your final proof approval, you acknowledge that you understand the permanent nature of the work and agree to these terms of finality.
